Hmm, the thing with tiering them is that people will always say stuff like "I don't know why it's uber, i can take them down easily" and all I can really say against that is good for you. The thing with it is that if latias is allowed, it gets A LOT of usage, and it's just another way that an ice type move is being forced upon a team due to the slight overpowerment offensively of a dragon type. Almost any dragon could sweep through your entire team, especially if you don't have an ice move. This causes a centralisation of ice, which is a bad thing in my opinion, due to ice ebing an awful type to try and use, seems as if you want STAB, there are a VERY limited number of effective ice type Pok?mon

Walrein? seriously? I haven't seen one of those in ages, they are fairly easy to take down, especially seems as my teams are normally full of taunts and recovers, stalling is win
